General Questions

• How did you come up with the name AllerGlow?

Our name was inspired by allergy (aller-) awareness and our commitment to formulate all our allergy-friendly bath and body products with gentle, skin-loving ingredients that revitalize your skin (glow). 

Product Questions

• Which soaps are good for eczema and psoriasis?

This is one of the most common questions we receive. We cannot make any medical claims, provide medical advice or suggest that any of our products cure or heal eczema or psoriasis. Many of our customers have found our unscented skincare products to be a more gentle and soothing option. We encourage your to check out our Unscented, Tea Tree & Turmeric, and Oatmeal Honey soaps.

• What allergens are your products free from?

All of our products are completely free of any coconut, peanuts, tree nuts, shea butter, almond and gluten ingredients AND derivatives. We NEVER use Top 9 Allergen ingredients in any of our products.

• Do your products contain nuts?

No! All of our bath and body products are Free from the Top 9 Allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, wheat, milk, soy, fish, shellfish, sesame). We take our commitment to being allergy-friendly by also making sure our products are gluten-free. Our products are produced in a dedicated Top 9 Allergen-free facility with zero risk of cross-contamination. 

• Are your products gluten-free?

Yes, absolutely! All AllerGlow products are gluten-free and made without wheat ingredients. All products are produced in a dedicated gluten-free facility. 

• Is your facility peanut/tree nut/dairy/coconut/gluten-free?

Our products and facility are free from the Top 9 Allergens. As an allergy family that has navigated this journey for 18 years, we understand how important it is to use products that are safe AND free of coconut and tree nut derivatives. • Where do you source your materials and supplies from?

The majority of our ingredients and supplies are from businesses located in the United States, and we diligently research and follow up to make sure our mission aligns with those we source our materials from.

• Are your products made in the United States?

Yes! All of our allergy-friendly bath and body products are handcrafted in Mooresville, North Carolina.
